As a former Resident of Belvedere Island I was interested in the Story of the abandoned 25 Million Dollar LAVA House 398 Belvedere Ave, build for Seat Belt Magnate Jerry Ganz which was almost next door to our old House on Belvedere.
It turns out it was the Location of Admiral Kirk's future Apartment overlooking Starfleet Academy on Richardson Bay.
Surely that makes it future Historic Landmark and as such should be made a National Monument....
But Seriously it should be used as a potential tourist spot on the grounds that it is the best Public View left on the Island...
Maybe William Shatner should offer to Buy it :-)
